Rozana Basmati (meaning "daily" in Hindi) is a sub-category of Basmati rice specifically marketed for everyday consumption at a more affordable price point than premium, extra-long grain varieties. It typically consists of shorter Basmati grains, often classified as Dubar (broken in half) or Tibar (broken in thirds), which are still longer and more slender than regular non-Basmati rice.
